Gentle Hatha Yoga

The main components are asanas (body positions), pranayama (breath control) and a short meditation to finish (calming the mind). Gentler and slower than Vinyasa yoga, yet still highly effective for our muscles and mind.

Reduces anxiety and relieves stress
