Yin Yoga
Calm, slow yoga that has beneficial effects on the nervous system, joints, fascia and teaches us to listen to our body & mind. We last 3 – 5 minutes in each asana, with the help of yoga bricks, bolsters, belts, etc.
Genthle hatha Yoga
The main components are asanas (body position), pranayama (breath control) and a short meditation to finish (calming the mind). Gentler and slower than Vinyasa yoga, yet still highly effective for our muscles and mind.
Yoga for mummies and babies
The lesson will include grounding, stabilizing, breathing, relaxing, stretching, and last but not least, connecting with our babies. Your baby may sleep through the lesson, may want to cradle, nurse/feed, change the diapers, cry and everything will be fine.
Evening yoga for a good night’s sleep
Harmonizing evening yoga with candles and an elixir for a good night´s sleep from the Bach flower remedies. The lesson will be marked by asanas and breathing techniques that help to relieve sgtress and tension and improve sleep.
“Yoga is 99% practice, 1% theory.”
