Hatha & Yin Flow Yoga
The Hatha & Yin Flow lesson is designed to start with a smooth Hatha flow when after the peak of the lesson we will gradually slow down and move on to slow and calm Yin yoga. I always come up with the topic of the lesson so that it is in accordance with the specific time of the year, month, season etc. Asanas, breathing techniques, relaxation, yoga philosophy and chanting of mantras await us, so that we can tune the body, mind and spirit at the same time.
