Evening yoga for a good night's sleep

Harmonizing evening yoga with candles and an elixir for a good night's sleep from the Bach flower remedies.

The lesson will be marked by asanas and breathing techniques that help to relieve stress and tension and improve sleep.

The first, more dynamic part of the lesson, will be based on a gentle, slower Power yoga. In connection with our breath, we will gradually warm up the whole body and harmonize ourselves in Sun salutations or their variations.

In the second half of the lesson, we will slow down, calm down and nourish the body and soul in slow positions from Yin yoga.

We will end the lesson with relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques that help you sleep better.
