Kundalini Yoga is a thousand-year-old tradition that has been kept in secret and made public by the late 1960s thanks to Yogi Bhajan. It is a combination of kundalini kriyas (physical exercise), breathing techniques, meditation and chanting mantras in the gurmukh language. Kundalini yoga works primarily with the chakras and aims to awaken the full potential in each of us. Come try meditation with chanting mantras, cleansing breathing techniques and physical exercises for harmony at all levels.
