Body Positive Yoga

Based on traditional Hatha yoga yet with an emphasis on an individual approach taking into account age, size, injuries, physical capabilities, medical limitations, experience with yoga etc., without any evaluation of ourselves or those around us. Yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping (sleep with full consciousness). It is a highly relaxing technique – we do not exercise, but only lie on a mat (under a blanket if necessary) while the teacher guides us through this harmonious technique.
