Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic (quick, intensive) style of yoga in which movement is synchronised with the breath – we sweat during this style of yoga.
Benefits
Gentle Hatha Yoga
The main components are asanas (body positions), pranayama (breath control) and a short meditation to finish (calming the mind). Gentler and slower than Vinyasa yoga, yet still highly effective for our muscles and mind.
Benefits
OM sweet OM
We start with breathwork and gentle preparation for physical practice, then build up the dynamics and treat ourselves with a mindfulness moment and deep relaxation in the end (singing bowls and aromatherapy included).
Benefits
Body Positive Yoga
Based on traditional Hatha yoga yet with an emphasis on an individual approach taking into account age, size, injuries, physical capabilities, medical limitations, experience with yoga etc., without any evaluation of ourselves or those around us. We learn to love ourselves and foster kindness to ourselves and those around us. We create a safe place for ourselves where we can experience the joy of movement without thinking about how we look. The main thing is how we feel.
Benefits
Yin Yoga
Calm, slow yoga that beneficially relaxes muscles, removes tension from the body, and teaches us to listen to our body & mind.
Benefits
Meditation
The primary goal of meditation is to cultivate the mind (calm it) and gain insight (whether into the meaning of human existence and the universe or into personal matters).
Benefits
Yoga Nidra
Yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping (sleep with full consciousness). It is a highly relaxing technique – we do not exercise, but only lie on a mat (under a blanket if necessary) while the teacher guides us through this harmonious technique.
Benefits
Evening & Calm Yin Flow
An evening full of pleasant relaxation and yoga practice. Evening & Calm Yin Flow is inspired by yin yoga, focused on calming all the senses thanks to longer endurance in positions (2-10 min).
Benefits

Benefits
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life.”
