Power yoga is a dynamic strength, but also a spiritual and relaxing exercise. The priority is not to squeeze out the last drop of sweat, but to pleasantly strengthen, relax and calm. At the beginning of the lesson, we focus on the breath, calm the mind and then move smoothly to strengthening the individual parts, followed by stretching and final relaxation. All in accordance with our breath and our inner setting. The lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
