Who I am and What I stand for
For me, yoga is ccalming the mind, relaxing and immersing myself. It gives me new perspectives on life and the environment, realizing that we should not take ourselves so seriously, enjoy life and take it as it is.
I have been actively involved in sports since 2009, when I started working as a personal fitness and fitness trainer. I needed to keep chasing something until my body showed me a few years ago that it was time to slow down, to think more about myself and not just others. At that moment, yoga appeared in my life. Although I focus on stronger and more dynamic styles, such as vinyasa, power yoga or ashtanga. I am no stranger to slower and relaxing styles like yin yoga as well. The longer I practice, the more I look for slower and gentler lessons. I also like to include elements of mobility with a focus on strengthening and relaxing the wrists, opening the shoulders and chest and relaxing and opening the hips. Everything can be adapted to both beginners and advanced, and together we will ride the wave of breath until a pleasant relaxation.
