We will synchronize movement with the breath, the main components are asanas (body positions).
Vinyasa yoga
A dynamic (quick, intensive) style of yoga in which movement is synchronised with the breath – we sweat during this style of yoga.
OM sweet OM
We start with breathwork and gentle preparation for physical practice, then build up the dynamics and treat ourselves with a mindfulness moment and deep relaxation in the end (singing bowls and aromatherapy included).

How does a yoga class go?
ARRIVAL / WELCOME TO THE CLASS
Before the start of the class, this is the right time to talk to your teacher about your possible health restrictions, pregnancy, injuries and possible allergies (smells, oils, etc.). This information will guarantee you and us the most pleasant and safe experience.
PREPARATION FOR PHYSICAL PRACTICE
We gently prepare the body for physical practice to avoid injuries and premature wear of the joints.
ASANAS
In a harmonious sequence, we connect the breath with the movement and gradually move the whole body.
RELAXATION PART
The class also includes breathing exercises (pranayama), preparation for meditation, deep relaxation and aromatherapy.
